Help with a pindle bot prob... detected a Diablo II Exception window?

i click on the penguin and reload mi ini, but wat happens is it says
"Loading Diablo II" then after a while, it sez "Detected a Diablo II Exception window closing it" then it duz this for a long time and it keeps resetting, and i dont no how 2 start it up... it wont even run Diablo II!
