i find these to be very annoying/depressing..at school, and with my friends i am steryotyped as a moron who cant do anything right. its annoiying as hell. i was just wondering if any of you people agree with me on this. ( that personal steryotypes are anoying)

[glow=red]Well a stereotype has to be based on something, so in some cases they may be correct (asians and starcraft), I don't think what you are dealing with is a stereotype, unless you belong to some racial group, social group. Provide that info so we know if its a stereotype or not.[/glow]

All stereotypes are annoying and flat out false right from the start. However, the human mind works by using these stereotypes. Its simply the brains way of categorizing things so that you can find information faster. If you place people who think or look the same way in one group, it will be easier to figure out who they are right off the bat (based on previous experiences). However, you might not even know the person and stereotype them before you meet them. That is where the problem lies....

stereotype of asians- Smart in math, dominator of games. nerdy cant get chicks.
im not that way.. i suck at math (im better in historical studies) i suck at starcraft (ask renzo) and even though i havent had the chance to find that someone that i accually like and i could live my whole life with, but girls think im a good guy to hang around with so meh
